Booking Terms

Rainbow Carp Tours booking terms are for the guided service and transport to and from the venue only.
On receipt of your booking request a booking form will be sent out to you. A £50.00 deposit per person will be required to secure your transport booking (deposits are non-refundable)

Any one under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian

Your complete booking form must cover all people and must include a non-refundable deposit per person as part payment towards your transport. The person signing the booking form confirms they are responsible for the booking and for ensuring all members of the group have read and understood the rules of chosen venue .To see terms and conditions and rules for your chosen venue

If your booking is taken less than 12 weeks from departure date the full payment is required for each passenger The balance of the trip must be paid on or before the date specified on the invoice, approx 12 weeks before your departure An administration charge of £10.00 per person will be charged for any name changes after balance payment has been paid. If we do not receive full payment we will treat this as a cancellation of your booking In the event you wish to cancel your booking this must be done in writing by the person who signed the booking form and the following cancellation charges apply:

*Deposit - 100% *10-12 weeks - 50%charge * 10 weeks or less - 100% charge

All passport , health certificate requirements are your responsibility. British passport holders are advised that they should hold a full 10 year British passport with at least 3 months beyond your travel date. Non British passport holders should check at their consulate for French visa requirements. All customers are strongly advised to have appropriate holiday travel insurance from the time of balance payment and are advised to have an EHIC card.

No pets allowed
We reserve the right to immediately terminate the trip if we or any person in authority judge your behaviour to be likely to cause discomfort or harm to our staff or other customers or property. We will not be liable for any costs or compensation for any additional costs which you may incur after termination of transport. We will not be liable for loss or delay occasioned by any of the following: strikes, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war or threat of war, terrorist activities, industrial disputes, fire, flood, technical - weather problems to transport, closure of ports, weather conditions or by any other event(s) beyond our control
Our insurance is for customers whilst travelling in the minibus, it does not include cover for fishing gear or personnel possessions whilst travelling with Rainbow Carp Tours
You should make sure that your fishing tackle is adequately insured through your own policy or your home insurance.

Additional minibus rules

NO Smoking
NO Alcohol
NO music ( except through personnel earphones )
NO Standing whilst minibus in motion
Seat belts are a legal requirement, it is your responsibility to wear them.
